Refund Eligibility Categories in TagMango

Thank you for considering The Alpha Trader, a financial education platform operated by Opulenza LLC. To ensure full transparency, please read our refund and payment policy carefully before making a purchase. By proceeding with a payment—either online or offline—you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All payments made for any course, digital product, or service under The Alpha Trader brand are 100% non-refundable. This includes both Tier 1 and Tier 2 offerings and applies to payments processed via TagMango (our current hosting platform), as well as any offline methods such as UPI, bank transfer, or direct deposit.

Once a purchase is completed, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstance.

2. Strict No Refund Policy – No Exceptions

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Dissatisfaction with the content or delivery

  • Inability to access or use the platform due to technical or personal reasons

  • Accidental, duplicate, or unauthorized purchases

  • Failure to engage with or complete the course

  • Global or regional events such as disasters, war, or internet outages


This policy is absolute and applies regardless of the reason provided.


3. TagMango Platform Clarification

TagMango is the third-party platform we use to deliver content and manage user access. While TagMango enables a seamless experience, it does not process refunds on behalf of Opulenza LLC. Any assumption of platform-based refund protection does not apply to our offerings.


4. Offline Payments Also Non-Refundable

Offline payments made via UPI, direct transfer, or any other method outside of TagMango are equally non-refundable and considered final.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or initiating a payment dispute after agreeing to this policy will be considered a breach of contract. We reserve the right to:

  • Revoke access to all products and communities

  • Blacklist your account from current and future offerings

  • Pursue legal or third-party action to recover the amount

6. No Trial Period or Partial Refunds

We do not offer trial access or partial refunds under any condition (e.g., “I watched only one module” or “I just joined”).


7. Your Responsibility Before Purchase

As a buyer, it is your responsibility to:

  • Carefully review all course details, inclusions, and deliverables

  • Ensure your device and internet connection are compatible
